SAI.SHI Policy

Deposit & Terms:

 

Pick-up days are weekday evenings and weekend mornings. Pick-up confirmations are scheduled via email or text once the final payment has been received (seven (7) days before the event date).

We are located in Lanham, MD 20706.

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is a retainer to secure your event date. It is required and not refundable; however, it can be transferable if the new event date provided is available. Your 50% nonrefundable deposit is due within 24 hours of the invoice being emailed or texted. 

We can only accept deposits for orders of at least $150.00. Full payment is required for all orders of $150.00 or less. All invoices are valid for 24 hours. 

 Forms of payment accepted are Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Debit/Credit Cards (Stripe Link will be emailed). 

 If you place an order within seven days of your event date, that is considered a last-minute order, resulting in a Rush Fee of $65.00 added to your order total. 

The final payment must be made 7 days before pick-up, and a reminder will be sent. In the event that the final balance is not paid within 24 hours of the reminder email and or text being sent, the order will be canceled.

 

We ask that you double-check all information provided on your inquiry form and invoice as SAI.SHI Treats, LLC., is not responsible for any incorrect information. Any request for changes may be subject to a price increase. We will try our best to accommodate any request for changes; please understand there are no guarantees. We assume confirmation once we receive notice of payment.

 

Please note all orders/invoices are subject to MD State Tax as we are a registered business.
