2. Where can I find pricing details?

Pricing Details for custom cakes only can be found within the Inquiry Form. If you have a specific price inquiry, please email me at sai.shi.treatsinfo@gmail.com.

3. What treat options do you provide?

We specialize in, but not limited too, Rice Krispies Treats, Dipped Oreos, Cake Pops/Sicles, Strawberries, Pretzel Rods, etc. If you have a treat option that isn't listed, please send us an email or submit an Inquiry Form with your inquiry listed in the "Message" section.

4. What is fondant?

Fondant icing, as commonly referred to simply as fondant is a thicker, non-tasting icing used to decorate/cover cakes. SAI.SHI Treats do not cover full cakes; however intricate designs may require use of fondant.

5. Something came up and I need to cancel my order! Can I get my money back?

The 50% non refundable retainer fee required within 24 hours to secure your order IS NOT refundable. Your final balance is due 7 days prior to date of event booked. There is a strict No Refund Policy! If you need to reschedule your event date, your retainer is transferable ONLY IF the new date is available. 

6. How early do I need to book in advance?

It is ideal to place all orders as early as possible. However, SAI.SHI will gladly accept your order if it is made within 7-14 days prior to your desired event date. All orders requested on 7 days prior to event must be full payment ready or day of receiving invoice. At this time, no order made within the week or less than 7 days before event will not be accepted. 

7. Are there package deals available?

Yes, packages are due to creators discretion monthly and will be made available under the "Product" menu option. The packages are as to purchase and will require the full package price to secure the date. Package purchases are guaranteed the date selected. 

8. Order Pickup

Pickup days are Thursday - Saturday afternoon. Times for pick up will be scheduled once final payment is made via email or text.

9. COVID FAQs

Please note that SAI.SHI Treats employees are fully vaccinated. However, to ensure the safely and health of all parties associated at pick up - notification of arrival for pick up is required AT CONFIRMED DATE & TIME. Both parties will be required to wear a mask at pick up. Hand-offs will be made for all treats and custom cakes will be placed by us in your vehicle for safe transit.

10. Last Minute Orders

No last minute orders are accepted at this time.

11. What type of payments are accepted?

Debit and Credit Card Payments Only (please note a 6% MD State Tax AND 4% Processing Fee is added to your final order via Invoice)

12. Are cake display items available provided or available for rental?

Not at the moment no rentals are available..

13. What is the difference between Layer cake and a Tier cake?

Layers are the number of cakes within one tier. Wedding cakes generally showcase 3 tiers (or levels).
